The staff is charming, very motivated, and helpful. I really enjoyed my time there.

Casa falleri was a beautiful, warm way to start our experience sin Peru. The house itself is historic and unique. The tiles, the tall ceilings, the windows, it’s a sight to be seen. It’s a special boutique experience, not the average chain hotel stay. But above anything else was the staff. They made us feel safe and at home. Giancarlo went above and beyond - making sure we were comfortable, well fed, content, and enjoying our time in Lima. He is more than happy to help with any accommodations throughout your stay. We loved talking to him and learning about the house, the history, and the area. I will recommend them to anyone hoping for a safe and welcoming stay in the best area in Lima. I hope to see them again soon!

I was given an upgrade because the original single room I was given had a shared bathroom that was so dirty that I didn't even want to shower or use it. So they moved me to a single room with a private bathroom.
