Our room, the view, the location, the decor, and the staff. We booked the King suite, for how much we paid, we were so impressed by the room size, the rooftop view, the bathroom, and everything else. The hotel is off on a much quieter street right by the ocean. Our private rooftop offers us not only privacy but a GREAT view for us to watch sunset. The bathroom is another HUGE highlight. It is so spacious with great lighting, makes me want to just spend time in the bathroom. The room itself also comes with a small attic that gives you access to the rooftop. There is a second single bed at the attic with this super cute bean bag chair on the side. They also offer you different types of pillows (soft - firm) to use. For our last night in Lima before flying home, we were so happy that we booked this hotel. We ordered drinks from the bar and just chilled at the rooftop to enjoy the view. We then took the bike from the hotel to bike along the ocean and other small streets. It was such a sweet memory.

They helped with my early check-in, my activity bookings and storing my luggage. I needed a charger and they were able to to assist with that. I felt well taken care of.

A fantastic small hotel between the tourist areas Miraflores and Baranco. You can reach the beach and the centers of the disctricts in 10-15minutes. Relevant shops are nearby. The staff is charming, very motivated, and helpful. I really enjoyed my time there.

The house itself is historic and unique. The tiles, the tall ceilings, the windows, it’s a sight to be seen. It’s a special boutique experience, not the average chain hotel stay. But above anything else was the staff. They made us feel safe and at home. Giancarlo went above and beyond - making sure we were comfortable, well fed, content, and enjoying our time in Lima. He is more than happy to help with any accommodations throughout your stay. We loved talking to him and learning about the house, the history, and the area. I will recommend them to anyone hoping for a safe and welcoming stay in the best area in Lima. I hope to see them again soon!

The people were nice and tried to accommodate. I was given an upgrade because the original single room I was given had a shared bathroom that was so dirty that I didn't even want to shower or use it. So they moved me to a single room with a private bathroom.
