The evening guy who worked on the 3. fl parking area when I arrived, whom I also remember from previous stays in this hotel, is one to mention - don't remember his name though. He was always smiling, made me/us laugh and made every leaving and coming a happy one. - Rooms are clean and spacious, and most of the rooms offer good views - Location - conveniently close to restaurants and stores - Food - the hotel offers a good variety of food.

The staff were all amazing especially the front office staff lead by Jonathan, housekeepers, concierge and security, and the wait staff at the cafe. They were all polite, courteous and wouldn’t not hesitate to assist and look after our needs. The room was more than adequate for our small family of 3 and our request for a microwave, ironing board and iron was promptly attended. The location is very convenient and we appreciated the complimentary shuttle drop off/pick up service to Alabang Town Centre.

They don't only give us a safe environment. They are accommodating when we need a hand. I love the cleanness of the room. They always help keep the room clean and fresh. They offer a free shuttle to the mall. We went shopping before we left. That was very helpful.
