Located in the southern part of Kraków, near the European route E77 and A4 motorway, Aparthotel Kontrast offers rooms a free Wi-Fi. Kraków's Balice Airport is only a 15-minute car ride away. The hotel is situated far away from everywhere. This is NOT 4* hotel or Aparthotel. Reception is not available 24/7, there are no amenities in the room. No mini-bar, or restaurant in the hotel. On request we were provided with a 0.5l bottle of water. During the 2nd night it was a party organized in the hotel, so it was all very noisy. The reception guy (that was drunk, and participated in the party) challenged my wife, why she is coming back after 23:00 and disturbing him. Poor value for money considering the location and services.

One of the best flats I've been to in a while. We are big family - all the kids had a place to stay. Nice shower. Everything's new. It's important for me to be connected, with good internet because I upload large files. This flat has good internet. It's a quiet neighbourhood. No tourists. There is a cafe and a grocery shop nearby. Quiet residential complex. Direct bus to the city centre. Very friendly hosts – The owner of the apartment was always in touch and responded quickly. The fridge is like a mini bar in a hotel! It was nice to have a beer on a late night flight and not have to run to the shop. Everything in the flat is new. light and nice apartment.

Easy check in, good breakfast, super friendly staff and a very dog friendly place. In Lumen we had everything we needed traveling with 2 dogs (NO EXTRA CHARGES FOR PETS). Highly recommend.
