Wonderful experience, the people at the entrance and bar are wonderful, great service. Great Chardonnay. My room was quiet to the inside. Some guests could leave more quiet in the morning, without letting their suitcases jump down the stairs. However, rude guests are not a fault of the hotel. Good air-condition, but not needed at night because the hotel is well isolated (at least my room was). Hotel is located perfectly. BTW, I had 3 other places in Puerto Rico (traveled around the island) and these were disgusting.

The location is just perfect. The staff was nice and tried to fulfill all our wishes. Parking is solved too! The location makes this hotel unique.

This downtown boutique hotel features a roof-top terrace overlooking San Juan Bay and historic Old San Juan. The property is amazing our room was spacious and the staff could not be more helpful. The rooftop pool area was great with views over the San Juan rooftops
