The Staff was extremely friendly, I had some special requests like getting my special food heated in a microwave oven. I was not sure whether they would do it, but without any hesitation, the reception staff did it for me. I had a check out at 12 noon and my flight was at 9 in the night. So they kept my luggage in the Cloak room and I had to remove and keep back my bags multiple times. But still they did it without any sign of hesitation. I am really impressed with the staff friendliness.

The bed was huge and so comfy!! This is what you need when you go on holiday! To be able to sleep good so you can visit the city! Amazing mattress!!!
