The rooms and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The stuff was very friendly, helpful and efficient. We liked the location because it is in a quiet neibourhood and not in the center and allows you to relax after hectic days of touring the city.

I can’t even start to describe how good it was. We booked our last 3 in the Felix 10 and we left Lisbon with such a good feeling and we can’t wait to come back there again. The room was amazing, amazing views and terrace. The breakfast was so rich and tasty but the main amazing thing was the stuff - WOW.
