The breakfast is great, with a mini buffet option and a la carte option for eggs.

My place was more of a suite than a room, with ambience that goes beyond tourist accommodation. There was a large bedroom with a high ceiling, big windows, a comfortable bed and some delightful mementos of the writer commemorated here. There was also a small private kitchen with fridge, microwave and kettle. The location is great: a reasonable walk from the train station and just a few minutes to Sibiu’s historic centre on one side and a section of medieval walls and towers on the other side. There are grocery stores and lots of restaurants nearby, and a self-service laundry within walking distance (in the Habermann Markt, not far past the medieval walls). The #13 bus to the ASTRA Muzeul Satului, a great open air museum, stops on Bulevardul Corneliu Copsu, the first street past the medieval walls. Just one problem: I hated to leave.

Casa Luxemburg je nově zrekonstruovaný okouzlující hotel v historickém centru Sibiu, který nabízí individuálně zařízené pokoje v jedinečném středověkém prostředí. Great location with parking available at 50m, excellent breakfast at the restaurant on the ground floor, clean room with smart tv included and even though the hotel is in the middle of the town we didn't hear any noise from outside.

I loved everything about this beautiful boutique hotel: the location is perfect, right in the middle of the Piata Mica and we had everything we needed in the room, including a wine bottle on the house (how amazing is that?!). The entire place is super clean and very modern decorated and we felt like home away from home.

Located right on the Large Square of Sibiu, Hotel Am Ring offers an elegant restaurant and air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and LCD TV. I love this hotel. I have a back injury, and the bed will make or break a trip. I worry about it when I travel. After arriving and visiting my room, I was very concerned that the bed was too hard. I reported this to the front desk, who called Alessandro. He immediately went out and bought a high quality mattress topper and brought it to the room. The location couldn't be better. The hotel faces the piata. There are many restaurants and bars nearby. The Starbucks is next door. I adore the Romanian hospitality and will certainly stay here again when I return to Sibiu.
