The cleanliness and the service we recieved was top notch, the bed was very comfy and the bedsheets was snow white and well ironed. Breakfast was very very good, with the option of breakfast been deliverded in your room. We had a family next door who were very loud late in the night and at dawn, we logded a complaint to the reception and to our surprise we were given another room on a different floor. Our flight was late in the night and upon request were we permited to check out late in the evening. Thank you very much to the whole team especially Mr. Turki for your effort and willingness to help which made our stay a pleasant and a memorable one.

Situated in Jeddah, 5.1 km from Jeddah Mall, Hyatt House Jeddah Sari Street features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a shared lounge. the room was so clean and spacious, the bathroom was perfect and we did order extra towels and slippers. the beds was sooo comfortable and the room had the most amazing view! our reservation had a breakfast with it. and thank god it was so perfect since they make the best crepe ever! everyone was super helpful and welcoming and always smiling and everyone wanted to make our stay the best experience ever. thank you Hyatt house Sari street <3 we will sure go back again
