About an half hour from the city,by publictrandport.Very friendly staff. Roomwas not very big, but we were out alot. It was surprisingly quiet, for a touristy area. Loads of shops, and restaurants in many styles and tastes around. The very friendly staff,told us abut the supermarket,foodcourts end beach.Singapore is amazing,very multi-culturel, modern andclean.The people are extremely nice and polite.

The bus service was fantastic and there were a few malls nearby like Katong and Parkway Parade.
