With elevated views of the city and situated right in the heart of Orchard Road, JEN Singapore Orchardgateway by Shangri-La offers direct connectivity to public transport and nearby shopping and... Fantastic view from roof swimming pool with long working time. On the day we were leaving we were allowed to leave our luggage until evening, what would be standard feature, but it was possible to go to swimming pool as well, what was perfect after being all day at +30C and leaving to airport afterwards. Location right on metro station, easy transportation to every direction. Having birthday during stay, got also nice present from hotel. It was pleasant stay.

Located in the heart of the shopping district, Holiday Inn Express Singapore Orchard Road features modern, air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. Guests enjoy a complimentary daily express breakfast. Staff were 5 star quality service. Cleaning lady immediately gave us more water when aske. Breakfast staff was attentive to help my elderly mother find seating. Water pressure very good.

JEN Singapore Tanglin by Shangri-La is conveniently located on the Orchard Road shopping district and a 2-minute walk from Orchard Boulevard MRT Station. I like the location is convenient to everything. I like the breakfast buffets.

The location of the hotel was perfect .MRT right next to the hotel made it easier to travel around. The hotels stay was made even better with the staffs- very helpful and always smiling . Room was big and spacious . Bed was very comfortable and big . Monica at reception ,Jack at conceirge and all other staffs ( couldn't remember everyone's name ) made our check in process smooth and were exceptional.
