Very helpful and friendly, thank you for your work. Hotel room is big, nice bed, even with Netflix! Area is a bit far from centre, but no problem if you have a scooter or like to walk. From airport - 150 bath, one price, very easy to access from airport, just go out and take taxi. 7/11 just accross the street, new laundry facility just a minute away. They were making bed and changing towels every day which was supernice. Really satisfied! :)

We loved this hotel. The staff were very friendly and efficient and the hotel is bright and very clean. The room was large, and very comfortable and the bed was fabulous. The aircon was fantastic too. The breakfast was extensive and top quality in a bright and pleasant room, again with awesome staff service. The pool was in a beautiful setting and was very clean and well-maintained - it was great both for swimming and relaxing beside. The location is good with lots of eating options, massages, markets etc close by, but you will need to catch a tuk tuk to get into the centre of Chiang Mai.

We stayed here 13 years ago, the last time we were in Chiang Mai. It was as lovely then as it is now. Exceptional value for money; impeccably clean; no fuss and welcoming guest house. Don’t be expecting full hotel amenities but humble, safe and comfortable accommodation in a great location.

The hotel is quite new and very clean; very good value for money and within easy reach of local amenities and Amusarn market.Staff were very friendly & helpful and I have no doubt we’ll be booking again when we’re back in Chiang Mai. The hotel also didn’t charge for our laundry

Everything it was super clean, had everything we needed. The pool was amazing. It was just a 15 minute walk from the night bazaars. There was a WhatsApp we could message and they replied quickly with any queries. It was very luxurious even though it was really big :)
