Great rainshower with much water pressure. The staff is the best ever, very friendly and great for English communication. The most comfortable beds I have slept on in Thailand. Location is in the middle of many things to visit, walking distance Sunday night market at Thapae gate and night bazaar.

This was the first stay of our trip to Chiang Mai, and we were very impressed! Shoutout to the male counter staff who was very kind and sincere, and gave us some tips on how to get around town and provided some recommendations too as it was our first time. Price is also cheap and super worth, with good location; there were a lot of nice cafes near the accoms and we tried and loved a lot of them. Room is very clean. Would definitely return!

Excellent stay with family of 5. We had two rooms on the 1st floor right next to each other. Hotel looked beautiful and rooms were large, with high ceilings and very comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff, our 4 year old daughter was sad to leave her new friends. The hotel had a small swimming pool which would've been great for the kids, but unfortunately did not have enough time. Location-wise - it was only 10 mins walk away from the night market and close to some nice restaurants by the river. Breakfast was like a mini-buffet where you can choose dishes the night before (or order more on the day). We had Khao soi for breakfast everyday!

We stayed 2 times during our Thailand vacation and enjoyed two different rooms. The hotel is amazing and beautiful the rooms are huge for families! The staff is very very friendly, breakfast is delicious and you can enjoy coffee and water and some fruits and biscuits 24/7. We can definitely recommend this place!

But this place warrants me to write one. This place is peaceful, with a good architecture and clean. The staffs are friendly, helpful and amazing people to be with. They have 2 friendly and cute dogs. Overall, a very nice place to be away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Special thanks to Kia (owner), Pattie (manager) Matmee, Gyoza and Fam.
