The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It's easy to get food delivered, if you don't want to go out, since the location is very accessible. The location is also within the range of the pickup for the booked tours. The hotel has a very nice heated pool.

Lovely hotel with the most attentive staffs, whom make a difference to our stay. They are helpful, attentive to everyone. Highly recommend to this hotel because of them, and the two cutie cats.

Clean, modern big rooms, comfy bed, and AC and shower/thermostat worked perfecly. There is also an information desk to book tours and activities. 10/10.

The receptionists is Friendly . help me all day. Additionally, I adore these rooms. Considering that it feels like home. The room is equipped with snacks and drinks. Free noodles, coffee, fruit, and water are also available all day long. They also serve a fantastic, varied breakfast, which I particularly enjoy is Massaman curry with duxcell mushrooms, and a salad bar. Excellent food is served daily, and the location is walking distance from many tourist attractions. The accommodations are spotless, and I plan to return soon.

Breakfast is great. Fruit in the fridge is 24 hours and very fresh. We use free bicycles every day. Location is pretty good.

The owner lady is so kindl, she help us a lot to arrage our trip to Chiang Rai, because we couldnt get any bus ticket (sold out coz almost new year eve), then she gave us option to get there by private tour, she call everybody that she know, and finally we can make our trip to Chiang Rai, and the property is surrounded by nice cafe & resto

We loved our time at Nanee Old City House (now called Nanee Phra Singh -- Adults Only), which is a new, well designed, stylish boutique hotel with great service, free snacks and water any time of the day, and close proximity to restaurants, major temples, interesting shops, etc. The three major museums are also walkable. And it's quiet! Our room was super-comfortable in every way: comfy bed, efficient AC, excellent shower, great wifi and even a free-standing tub. The staff is caring and housekeeping is super-conscientious: each day the room was cleaned, towels, toiletries and bottled water replaced. And the breakfast was wonderful: self-serve with terrific variety (western and Thai). There's even a small pool running the length of the breakfast room. We hope to return to Chiang Mai one day and enjoy the pleasures of Nanee again.

Smeštajni objekat Eleven Pillar Site Chiangmai, na dobroj lokaciji u centru grada Čjang Mai, nudi besplatan WiFi u celom objektu i vrt. The hotel has a warm and cozy atmosphere. The location is just incredible! very central. very friendly & helpful owner. Our room was super clean and aesthetic. The mini bar and the drinks at the cafe are all free. Great hotel with a reasonable price. I highly recommend you guys stay here!
