Beautiful environment of the hotel! The staff was really helpful! Good cheap coffee and alcohol. Also realized they had free bicycles to use on our last day there. All these for under 2k baht for 3 nights was exceptional!

The owner is such a lovely lady with so much passion for the hotel and to ensure your stay is perfect. It is easily understood why a lot of her guests are repeat customers for many years. The husband is French and runs a french restaurant which is simply amazing, ridiculously cheap and 5-star quality. This hotel is simply the best value hotel in Chiang Mai by far.

Always water and coffee available. Beautiful grounds and pool. Very nice staff. I have stayed here before and I will continue to return to when in Chang Mai. Best hotel in town.

Situated in Chiang Mai, within 200 metres of Chiang Mai Bus Station and 3.3 km of Tha Pae Gate, The Y Smart Hotel features accommodation with a shared lounge and free WiFi as well as free private... this was a great hotel, very clean and the staff were very friendly. this was very convenient hotel if you’re catching the bus the following day, only a 2 minute walk to the bus terminal. would definitely recommend to anyone
