If you are a budget traveler or backpacker looking for some cheap accommodation. This is the best place! (Not for fancy people). I usually stay in hostel but it was worth it to be a bit more and have my own bungalow for few days. The bungalows are not modern or renewed but I like the way it is. ITS A VIBE! Nice chill area close to the beach (it’s a rocky beach). Sunset there is amazing! Best place for morning yoga!

We had a really lovely time at Tara and Matts little Paradise. Its quiet and cozy, tucked away from the busy streets; very cool and spacious bungalows, the most amazing views and sunset you can imagine. Matt is a brillant host, funny and always ready to tell at story from his eventful and exiting life. We had a lot of good laughs and will definitely be back some sunny day. Please go to Dings for the most delicious thai food, 100m north and only 50 bht.

I stayed in a bungalow at the top of the hill. It was immaculate. Great views, pretty garden, quiet, windy and cool at night. Staff friendly and helpful. Every request honored. Free drinking water 24/7. Coffee, breakfast, and laundry services available for a fee. Restaurants, grocery stores, and a quiet rocky beach nearby where you can snorkel and/or watch sunsets. Can rent a scooter and/or book trips. Recommend a scooter for convenience (seeing the island, visiting sandy beaches and the busier areas).
