As usual this hotel and welcoming staff do not disappoint. My time here ended up being longer than planned. I had actually checked out and made my way to the airport when, due to unforseen circumstances I had to extend my stay. It was a stressful few hours but the front desk made sure I was taken care of.. Gizem at the front desk in particular was stellar in making sure me coming back and everything was easy and this helped reduce my stress levels immensely. The front desk, guest relations, bell staff and concierge are always willing to go the extra mile. I wish I could remember everyone's names. They are all so good at what they do.

Ferry to European side is 50 meters away. All amenities are within 5 minutes radius. There are hundreds of options for dining nearby, and a 20 minutes ferry to Besiktas area further extends the options. Staff are extremely kind and welcoming, you will see beautiful smiles all over the hotel facilities.

Very accommodating and friendly staff, comfortable rooms and beds, good location within 15 min walk to the metro M4 line (direct connection to SAW airport and the center of Istanbul). I liked the shower and there are nice amenities available in the bathroom. It is also within walking distance to a number of office towers, so traffic can be avoided. There is quite a number of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The whole place is very new, recently opened, which is always a plus. I really appreciated the free room upgrade and the hotel was very accommodating in approving my stay extensions, due to unexpected business trip changes.

Wonderfully restored listed property with lots of charm and an exceptional attention to detail, not only for this type of property but even when compared to international five star properties. The rooms (standard and up) are really thought through and well equipped, the beds comfortable, the original feel of the property charming. The team is very friendly, helpful, with a true family feel to it. Breakfast in the garden at the back is wonderful! There is almost no fault to find with this property. Thank you Hasan Bey for making this project happen! I will be back many times!
