Located in Istanbul, within 7.8 km of Halic Congress Center and 7.9 km of Suleymaniye Mosque, Mayar Residence Hotel provides accommodation with a fitness centre and free WiFi throughout the property... Location is spot on. Considering the inability to drive a car in Istanbul, you have to use the public transit. Hotel is aprox. 100m from the station Kocepete, single metro line! M1, from city centre to the hotel. Flat was entirely new, with brand new appliances and utilities, bathroom also. Immaculate, tidy, no dust, or any sign of wear and tear in the apartment. 10/10 Staff was excellent! We were in an apartment with a master bed and 2 sofas in the living room. Sofas were extremely comfortable and able to extend in width to make a really comfortable bed to sleep on. Overall experince 10/10. Will definitely come again when revisiting Istanbul.

The staff there spoke english they are extremly polite they help with everyrhing,not to mention the extrodenrly location that is close to every tourist spots

Rooms are clean and spacious, very helpful staff, guest relations representative Zineb Zaid was very nice and friendly during our stay, she helped recommend to us the top spots to visit and how to navigate the city, she offered to assist us in everything needed every day with customized suggestions on what to do and visit in the city for each day during our stay, even going so far as to organize customized plans and itineraries day by day to make the most out of our visit to Istanbul. The stay was extra comfortable and enjoyable thanks to her. Would definitely visit the hotel again. The location of the hotel is also nice, not too far from the city center. The breakfast in the morning is also very good.

It is a well equipped hotel with good comfort. The bed is very comfortable , the room offers a desk, chair and a sofa. The staff is welcoming and very helpful. The hotel's location is perfect for travellers, who arrive at and will proceed from Esenler otogar or go to the airport by Havabüs. It is only a short walk from the bus station over to the hotel. Just pass the mosque at the otogar, go down the road besides the mosque and at the end turn right. Then you reach Ciftlik Road and follow it untill you reach Fez inn Hotel on the left side.

Attractively set in the Bayrampasa district of Istanbul, Istanbul Nova Hotel is situated 8.5 km from Halic Congress Center, 9.1 km from Suleymaniye Mosque and 10 km from Spice Bazaar. Good staff, helped with the check-in, gave me to choose which of the two rooms I like best, offered a better room than the one I rented, at no extra charge. Thank you Shakir, everything we needed was done.
