Spring Art Hotel is located in Kaohsiung, a 16-minute drive from Kaohsiung International Airport. It is about a 20-minute drive from Zuoying HSR Station, Kaohsiung Railway Station or Central Park. It was ok, not more than that. Typical Love Hotel with condoms on display and one free sex channel. Located in a quiet area a bit in between airport and city. Convenience shop is nearby, about 20 min walk to next MRT station. II arrived late night at midnight and hotel was staffed even after midnight. Friendly staff (no or very little english spoken). A small breakfast buffet for free mainly with toast/bread, jam, typical chinese overboiled eggs.

The host was extremely friendly and welcoming. He let us enter the hostel early to drop our stuff off, and because our room was already ready, he let us go into the room. He also offered us bbq that night.
