EVERYTHING!!! The free supper, breakfast and 24 hr ice cream and drinks. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was first class with a bidet toilet, bathtub and shower jets. I would stay at Kindness Hotel every time if I had the opportunity. Very good value for the price!

It's nearby the train station for easy-going anywhere. The size of hotel is quite big and outstanding for easy to find out. The staff was helpful when we asking for leaving the luggage and check-in later after 8 p.m. to know the information for opening the front door. The room is very big and quite clean. There is a hot-warm-cool water machine for free of charge.

The reception staff is kind and helpful. I was on my business trip this time. Recommend to those who need a clean, relaxing space.

The hotel is great! Big rooms and amazing value for money. Just across the street from the main station. On arrival, we got a voucher for a free beer, there was also a free ice-cream and snack buffet always available & free coffee and tea- amazing 👏

Royal Group Hotel Xiong Zhong Branch is set in the heart of Kaohsiung only 5 minutes by walking from Kaohsiung Main Station. I had a really great stay! Excellent value for what you get: comfortable bed, good wifi, nice shower, free laundry (washer and dryer on first floor for guest use anytime), less than 10 min walk to train station, and free breakfast buffet and snacks at other times too. About 10 min walk to nearby night market and lots of public buses stop right outside of the hotel for getting around the city. Highly recommend!
