Operating a 24-hour front desk, Jia Hsin Garden Hotel is conveniently located within a 5-minute drive from Tainan Train Station and the well-known Chihkan Tower. The staff were so friendly. When we arrived by car at their door they helped us bring our luggage to our room. They gave us complimentary hand wipes when we checked in. The location is just steps away from flower night market. The breakfast was delicious and constantly being refilled. The room is spacious and clean. We felt very comfortable. We will stay here again. Lots of parking if you drive your car here.

The position of the hotel is amazing and very convenient. The hotel staff was very helpful, we even got a room upgrade. The room was beautiful, spacious, clean, well-equipped (we didn't have breakfast booked, but thanks to the room's equipment, we made tea in the morning). Thank you very much for a lovely stay.
