What’s more, considering its location in historic Podil, the hotel is extremely well-priced.

Free Wi-Fi and breakfast are offered at this Art-Nouveau-style hotel, located in Kiev city centre, in the Podil historical district. Perfect stay. We occupied three rooms. All of us loved the place. The bad was comfortable; we loved the interior decoration. The staff was very friendly. The hotel has its parking which is very convenient. Good breakfast. The coffee is made by individual order.

Wow, I was unexpectedly surprised by the amazingly top notch customer service in this hotel and the hotel restaurant. We travel and stay at a lot of hotels. This was one of the best customer service we’ve experienced. I requested a crib. It was already there when we got to the room, with super clean bedding. (Another hotel we stayed at never even bothered to let us know that they had run out of cribs despite it having been specifically requested days prior to our arrival. I only found they had ran out when no crib was in the room when I arrived.) I drink a lot of water. Reception staff anticipated this and had staff bring them to our room without me even asking. The waiter in the restaurant was attentive to our every need and comfort. When we needed to stay longer for the baby because our train was later in the day; and we were simply accommodated.

I felt safe and warm in the hotel. during the bomb alarms 🚨 I would go to the gym (located in the basement), they have a nice gym. the hotel is well located close to a lot of coffee shops, supermarkets and 30-45 min walk from the centre, or just 3 stops by metro (close by). since I need to return to Kiev, will stay there again. the hotel was recently renovated so it is modern and fresh
