The staff is very polite and pleasant. The hotel itself is located in a beautiful part of old city. Breakfast is super delicious. Shower and bed are a delight. Everything is very clean. Design is beautiful, smart and convenient. One of my favourite parts was to sit early morning on the balcony and listen to Kyiv slowly waking up.

The building and furniture were beautiful as well as very comfortable. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was nice and the location is fairly good, the hotel is very new, you can see and feel it by the design and looks. The reception staff is attentive and the room was very clean. Overall, a very nice 4 star hotel with good value.

Very clean and modern facilities - the hotel and the rooms appear to be recently refurbished. Great location in Podil with easy access to most central Kyiv locations. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We stayed on the New Year's weekend and the hotel treated all guests to complementary sparkling wine and sweets, which was a very nice surprise.
