What is a huge plus is that the room was really warm (I have been to many rooms where it was impossible to move around the room without clothes because it was too cold). Here I could take a shower and take my clothes in no rush, because the temperature in the room was really great. I consider the possibility of regulating the temperature in the room to be a great advantage. Wi-Fi fast, working smoothly. Close to the metro and grocery stores. The hotel staff was very nice. I was here in 2020, now I was in 2021 and will be arriving in 2022. It didn't feel like a hotel room, but like a room in my own apartment. I would highly recommend !

If you need to to your wakeboard lessons - do, have a picking time or beer party and have some fun - it right here (the beach full of lovely people from Kiev), or to do some reading by the lake - the opion is avaliable except weekends. Weekends are Noisy.When you need to go to the city huge road by the hotel, so easy: use a taxi or 4 bus station to reach underground Zhitomirstaya station🚉 . As for restorant or supermarkets it is right here. 'Verhovina' restaurant was closed during my stay, but it looks big and menu looking good. General information - super friendly stuff and it is quite cosy, because it is a private hotel.
