Good facilities for self catering. Great to have a balcony to sit out on. Efficient system for the elevators (we were on the 27th floor). Comfortable beds, including the sofa bed. Excellent area with subway and excellent Wholefoods grocery store nearby.

Located in the heart of the Chicago city centre, this hotel is within 5 minutes’ walk from the luxury shops of Michigan Avenue and the banks of the Chicago River. in a perfect location, I recommend this hotel and all the staff were nice & helpful.

Just 2 blocks away from the shopping, dining and entertainment on the Magnificent Mile, this alternative boutique is located in Chicago’s River North neighborhood and offers upscale amenities, on-site... Great location, main sights are close by at a walkable distance. Hotel right next to the metro station. Great interior design, doesn't feel like a typical hotel room, not too quirky either. Bed was very comfortable and the shower had a great water pressure. Staff was friendly and helpful. We only stayed for a night but were able to check in early as well as leave our luggage there on the following day after having checked out of the room, prior to taking a train in the evening.
