Stylish and comfortable but also a warm welcome and a hospitable feeling. The room was quiet which was a bonus as not always the case.

All the things here are so comfortable and nice, and the location is great. I like the room, gym and bar. By the way the IPA beer in the bar is so good! And the bartender Ady is very professional and kind. I will recommend CitizenM to my friends and also post my recommendation in my social media soon.

Situated in Chicago’s famed Theatre District, Hyatt Centric The Loop Chicago is within 10 minutes' walk of State Street shopping and the Art Institute of Chicago. Excellent location, in the heart of the Loop, very nearby to red and blue subway stations, as well as many bus lines. The room itself was spacious and clean, with everyday housekeeping service. Staff was nice, easy to check in and check out plus any other special request. Stable and strong WiFi.

Great location! You are close to the metro so we found it really easy to get to the hotel from the airport and out to Wrigley Stadium. You are also close enough to the lake beach to walk there - about 20mins. Great room size and set up, plus the bed was so comfy!!

Just 3 blocks away from the Art Institute of Chicago and Millennium Park, this Chicago hotel is located in the heart of the Loop and offers an on-site restaurant, state-of-the-art work stations, and... The location of the hotel is great! Free water,tea,coffee stand is a big plus. Microwave oven in the room is another plus. The room was clean,convenient. The staff is so friendly, especially Adrian and Cesar was so friendly! If I visit Chicago again, that will be definitely the place I wanna stay!

Nasa loob ng 7 minutong lakad mula sa Quincy/Wells Subway Station at Willis Tower Skydeck ang downtown Chicago hotel na ito. The location is phenomenal. Cesar at reception was amazing.
