You get fresh fruit every day and snacks for free. The hotel staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The lady at reception was worried about me overworking because I was on business trip. She supplied me with water and checked if I was ok when I took a break from my online office.

The room, the kindness of the staff, the location, everything was perfect. I went on a quick trip and the hotel was amazing for me and my family.

Conveniently located in the centre of Houston, Hyatt Place Houston Downtown offers air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a bar. I had a group of friends that stayed the night. We were celebrating birthdays. The hotel was clean and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast was great and they even had a Starbucks. I would stay here again!
