Super cute hotel! The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was soo comfortable. The pool was fun for the kids. The restaurant on site was delicious and fast for lunch. We used the trolley to get to Universal. Would totally stay here again!

I've never been somewhere cleaner honestly. I loved it. If you are staying in LA, you want a very nice hotel and do not want to be immersed by the terrible traffic, THIS is your hotel.

Lovely welcome, very courteous treatment! It was great, that we were allowed to leave our car in the hotel parking lot after checking out - so we could walk to Universal Studios. When we came back late in the afternoon we were even offered a coffee! Simply a very good attitude from the operators - people will want to return!
