Staff very helpful and flexible. Clean and modern. Close to airport and not far to light rail. Shuttle bus service great too. Breakfast number of options. Laundry room also to wash and dry clothes was a bonus after coming back from desert.

Very clean and well equipped room, friendly and helpful staff (I was very happy with my early check-in) and great pool to swim and refresh. Would definitely recommend!

Offering a free hot breakfast daily, Hampton Inn Phenix - Biltmore is 10 minutes' drive from Phenix Sky Harbor International Airport. It features an outdoor pool and hot tub. The staff were very lovely and accommodating from the get-go! I arrived at the hotel with only 1% left on my phone battery. I hen I asked if they had a charging station, they got a repairman to connect the PowerPoints in the lobby just so I could charge my phone. I was also supposed to check-in at 3pm, but instead they allowed me to check-in at 11am which was very convenient and something I was grateful for. The room itself was bigger than I expected, which is great because I love big spaces! The air conditioner worked wonders and the water pressure from the shower was amazing. I loved my bed and I was pleasantly surprised with how the main light was actually borders of the main mirror rather than a ceiling light. The location itself was nearby other shopping precincts, and so I got to experience many firsts as it is my first time here in USA. Overall, a pleasant experience was had at this hotel. I would highly recommend!
