Booked this place last minute after a horrible bait and switch experience at our previous hotel (pro-tip: avoid “Lakeview Residence”). This hotel is absolutely lovely, situated a short walk down a quiet and clean alleyway that insulates you well from the noise of the nearby main road. The apartment was spacious, clean and well maintained with a washing machine in the kitchen so we could get a much-needed load of laundry on. Staff were fantastic, spoke great English and were very helpful in switching us to a room with a bath when we requested it. Location is great, very close to the lake/old town/French qtr with some nice restaurants and cafes in walking district.

Check in was flexible. We stayed two nights and they cleaned the room after the first night as well. Shower was amazing, with plenty of hot water! We will rebook for sure! Highly recommended.
