I liked everything about the accommodation, the room is perfect with its terrace, kitchen, bathroom, everything brand new, very clean. With a hair dryer lift we have everything you need. But what I liked most was the way they treated me, they helped me with everything the first day I arrived, Aha, that's the woman's name, she took me on her motorcycle to look for dinner.!!! The rest of the days anything I needed they got for me. Let's go, an exquisite treatment, the best treatment I have had in all of Vietnam

My family had a trip in Hanoi and chose Vong Xua Boutique hotel for 2 nights. About the time I stayed here I had a very good experience of the hotel service. The staff is very enthusiastic, welcoming, helping our family, hope to visit the hotel once again.

The location is out of the Old Quarter, which you may or may not like. Personally, I found the old quarter to be hectic, loud, and above all overpriced. Hanvet hotel is a $2 cab ride into old quarter, near a great park for strolls, and the nearby food is local delicious, and reasonably priced. Your hotel is serviced daily or every other day, depending on your wishes. The staff is minimal, but attentive. To preface, this is more a hotel for families visiting patients of the hospital nearby, or their children who may be students of the university nearby. That being said, they were very accomodating to us as tourists and made every effort to make us comfortable. While there is a language barrier, google translate easily circumvents any problems. Above all, it was quiet at night and allowed us to get great rest, away from the nonstop hustle and bustle of old quarter. If you don't mind a 10 minute cab ride, or enjoy walking around local neighbourhoods, this hotel is amazing for the price. Also, this hotel is quite new, and so the internet is incredibly fast!

The train tracks is also pretty close as well as the famous Obama restaurant. • The lobby was bright and inviting, there’s some crack on the tiles but that’s fine. • The lady who helped me was fantastic. Very accommodating and attentive. When we didn’t understand each other the first time, she called me up later on to clarify what she meant. Her great service was definitely appreciated!!
