Hanoi Ben's Apartment and Hotel es un alojamiento de 3 estrellas situado en Hanói, a 12 min a pie de Plaza Trang Tien y a 1,4 km de Ópera de Hanói. I liked everything about the accommodation, the room is perfect with its terrace, kitchen, bathroom, everything brand new, very clean. With a hair dryer lift we have everything you need. But what I liked most was the way they treated me, they helped me with everything the first day I arrived, Aha, that's the woman's name, she took me on her motorcycle to look for dinner.!!! The rest of the days anything I needed they got for me. Let's go, an exquisite treatment, the best treatment I have had in all of Vietnam

Very spacious room with a big balcony overlooking the neighborhood. Staff didn’t speak English but didn’t have any issues communicating through translating apps. Clean, spacious and nice bike parking.

The train tracks is also pretty close as well as the famous Obama restaurant. • The lobby was bright and inviting, there’s some crack on the tiles but that’s fine. • The lady who helped me was fantastic. Very accommodating and attentive. When we didn’t understand each other the first time, she called me up later on to clarify what she meant. Her great service was definitely appreciated!!
