Room was comfortable - beds were good, slept very well and so did my kids. Excellent breakfast and good variety. Service levels throughout the stay were very good. The hotel obviously prides itself on good service, and rightfully so. Will recommend.

I liked everything about the accommodation, the room is perfect with its terrace, kitchen, bathroom, everything brand new, very clean. With a hair dryer lift we have everything you need. But what I liked most was the way they treated me, they helped me with everything the first day I arrived, Aha, that's the woman's name, she took me on her motorcycle to look for dinner.!!! The rest of the days anything I needed they got for me. Let's go, an exquisite treatment, the best treatment I have had in all of Vietnam

My family had a trip in Hanoi and chose Vong Xua Boutique hotel for 2 nights. About the time I stayed here I had a very good experience of the hotel service. The staff is very enthusiastic, welcoming, helping our family, hope to visit the hotel once again.

Hanvet Hotel Ha Noi asub Hanois, 3,1 km kaugusel Ha Noi raudteejaamast. Hotellist avaneb vaade linnale. The location is out of the Old Quarter, which you may or may not like. Personally, I found the old quarter to be hectic, loud, and above all overpriced. Hanvet hotel is a $2 cab ride into old quarter, near a great park for strolls, and the nearby food is local delicious, and reasonably priced. Your hotel is serviced daily or every other day, depending on your wishes. The staff is minimal, but attentive. To preface, this is more a hotel for families visiting patients of the hospital nearby, or their children who may be students of the university nearby. That being said, they were very accomodating to us as tourists and made every effort to make us comfortable. While there is a language barrier, google translate easily circumvents any problems. Above all, it was quiet at night and allowed us to get great rest, away from the nonstop hustle and bustle of old quarter. If you don't mind a 10 minute cab ride, or enjoy walking around local neighbourhoods, this hotel is amazing for the price. Also, this hotel is quite new, and so the internet is incredibly fast!

Staff is super friendly, helpful and polite. Nice breakfast with great varieties, there will be staff serving you so dont be surprised if you see no food on the counter. Free water bottles every day. The room is also cleaned and tidied up every day. Nice location with a lot of food and clothing stores nearby.

Hotell Adonis asub Hanois, 1,2 km kaugusel Trang Tien Plazast. Kohapeal on ühine puhkeruum, tasuta eraparkla, terrass ja restoran. Selles kolmetärnihotellis on ärikeskus ja concierge. • Location: close enough to the old quarter but not close enough to feel the hectic environment. • Close to coffee shops, which is true for most of Ha Noi. The train tracks is also pretty close as well as the famous Obama restaurant. • The lobby was bright and inviting, there’s some crack on the tiles but that’s fine. • The lady who helped me was fantastic. Very accommodating and attentive. When we didn’t understand each other the first time, she called me up later on to clarify what she meant. Her great service was definitely appreciated!!
