Room was comfortable - beds were good, slept very well and so did my kids. Excellent breakfast and good variety. Service levels throughout the stay were very good. The hotel obviously prides itself on good service, and rightfully so. Will recommend.

Everything was so good! Good location, cozy and spacious clean room, tasty breakfast, Impeccable service! We really had good stay there. Happy to found this excellent hotel. The area is pretty central and walking distance from lots of hot spots. The appartements are at the end of a typical small street where a lady makes food for locals. The building is secure and clean and has elevator. The appartment has everything you need inside, little kitchen, very comfy bed, great bathroom (with shower gel teeth brush teeth paste..) cute balcony ! The owners are very kind and helpful (they helped me a lot with my motorbike and very accommodating overall). The perfect stay for few days but also for longer period !

In a prime location in the Hai Ba Trung district of Hanoi, Vong Xua Boutique Hotel is located 3.6 km from Ha Noi Railway station, 4.2 km from Trang Tien Plaza and 4.5 km from St. Joseph Cathedral. My family had a trip in Hanoi and chose Vong Xua Boutique hotel for 2 nights. About the time I stayed here I had a very good experience of the hotel service. The staff is very enthusiastic, welcoming, helping our family, hope to visit the hotel once again.

Staff didn’t speak English but didn’t have any issues communicating through translating apps. Clean, spacious and nice bike parking.

The train tracks is also pretty close as well as the famous Obama restaurant. • The lobby was bright and inviting, there’s some crack on the tiles but that’s fine. • The lady who helped me was fantastic. Very accommodating and attentive. When we didn’t understand each other the first time, she called me up later on to clarify what she meant. Her great service was definitely appreciated!!
