Room was comfortable - beds were good, slept very well and so did my kids. Excellent breakfast and good variety. Service levels throughout the stay were very good. The hotel obviously prides itself on good service, and rightfully so. Will recommend.

Everything was so good! Good location, cozy and spacious clean room, tasty breakfast, Impeccable service! We really had good stay there. Happy to found this excellent hotel. Set in Hanoi, 1 km from Trang Tien Plaza, Hanoi Ben's Apartment and Hotel offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a bar. The area is pretty central and walking distance from lots of hot spots. The appartements are at the end of a typical small street where a lady makes food for locals. The building is secure and clean and has elevator. The appartment has everything you need inside, little kitchen, very comfy bed, great bathroom (with shower gel teeth brush teeth paste..) cute balcony ! The owners are very kind and helpful (they helped me a lot with my motorbike and very accommodating overall). The perfect stay for few days but also for longer period !

In a prime location in the Hai Ba Trung district of Hanoi, Vong Xua Boutique Hotel is located 3.6 km from Ha Noi Railway station, 4.2 km from Trang Tien Plaza and 4.5 km from St. Joseph Cathedral. My family had a trip in Hanoi and chose Vong Xua Boutique hotel for 2 nights. About the time I stayed here I had a very good experience of the hotel service. The staff is very enthusiastic, welcoming, helping our family, hope to visit the hotel once again.

Located in Hanoi, 3.1 km from Ha Noi Railway station, Hanvet Hotel Ha Noi features views of the city. The location is out of the Old Quarter, which you may or may not like. Personally, I found the old quarter to be hectic, loud, and above all overpriced. Hanvet hotel is a $2 cab ride into old quarter, near a great park for strolls, and the nearby food is local delicious, and reasonably priced. Your hotel is serviced daily or every other day, depending on your wishes. The staff is minimal, but attentive. To preface, this is more a hotel for families visiting patients of the hospital nearby, or their children who may be students of the university nearby. That being said, they were very accomodating to us as tourists and made every effort to make us comfortable. While there is a language barrier, google translate easily circumvents any problems. Above all, it was quiet at night and allowed us to get great rest, away from the nonstop hustle and bustle of old quarter. If you don't mind a 10 minute cab ride, or enjoy walking around local neighbourhoods, this hotel is amazing for the price. Also, this hotel is quite new, and so the internet is incredibly fast!

Staff is super friendly, helpful and polite. Nice breakfast with great varieties, there will be staff serving you so dont be surprised if you see no food on the counter. Free water bottles every day. The room is also cleaned and tidied up every day. Nice location with a lot of food and clothing stores nearby.

Set in Hanoi, 1.2 km from Trang Tien Plaza, Adonis Hotel offers accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. • Location: close enough to the old quarter but not close enough to feel the hectic environment. • Close to coffee shops, which is true for most of Ha Noi. The train tracks is also pretty close as well as the famous Obama restaurant. • The lobby was bright and inviting, there’s some crack on the tiles but that’s fine. • The lady who helped me was fantastic. Very accommodating and attentive. When we didn’t understand each other the first time, she called me up later on to clarify what she meant. Her great service was definitely appreciated!!
