I recommend students from hospitality sector to visit this property to learn etiquette of serving the guests. Even BnB, booking.com should rate this kind of properties and hosts at the top level of their list. Highly rated Indian restaurant Dalcheeni is just next door. Exceptionally good food. For me it’s always a must to revisit this place.

My brother and I spent about a week here in this new hotel with some nice amenities. The infinite pool facing the West Lake was like no other. The staff provided excellent service and hospitality. Patrick at the front desk was very attentive and helpful. He offered recommendations for places and even called around to make reservations for us. This is a lifesaver when you don't speak the local language, nor have the time to wait around on the phone. Highly recommended for visitors who wants to have a relaxing time and let the professional handles the reservations and coordinations.

Ideally located in the Tay Ho District district of Hanoi, Crescendo Boutique Studio is located 2 miles from West Lake, 2.8 miles from Quan Thanh Temple and 3.1 miles from Hanoi Old City Gate. The apartments are lovely and they look like as shown in the picture, the bed is really comfortable, the washing machine works properly. Even tho apartment it's located far from the Old quarter it's pretty easy to move around with GRAB or bike. We rented a bike and were able to store it in the garage . Would definitely stay here again next time.
