She was helping with EVERYHTING, e.g. she gave me her raincoat when it was raining outside and I didn't have anything to wear. Thanks so much!! - The location in Cape Town is great - its super central, you are just nearby the Kloof St (supermarkets, great restaurants; really everything you need) but at the same time its very quiet and safe! - The place is completely new, clean and just beautiful

Nestled at the foot of Table Mountain, in trendy Tamboerskloof, our boutique hotel Cloud 9 Boutique Hotel and Spa is located within walking distance of the variety of trendy shops and restaurants on... We had a wonderful stay at the Cloud 9 hotel. The staff is outstanding - very friendly and helpful and we felt immediately comfortable and welcomed. We had a beautiful spacious room with a side view of Lion's Head. The hotel has various outdoor spaces including two pools, a hot tub and a sauna. There is guest parking which has to be reserved and paid for extra, but it's a secured space with cameras so it was definitely worth the money. Cloud 9 is just around the corner of Kloof Street with a lot of restaurant and bar choices and we felt safe to walk the short way there. For load shedding the hotel has back-up power, the only things not working are hair dryers and ACs, but it is easy to plan around the load shedding times since they are prominently announced at the reception. I'd always come back and stay here again and can only recommend booking a room here.

The staff was extremely Helpful! The Room was clean and spacious. Located quite well. The Restaurant below called Therapie has outstanding food and beverages! The tour suggestions and general knowledge offered by the staff was amazing!!!
