I loved how clear and kind Matshizolo was when she took the call. She answered all my questions and set all my worries to rest! She was even kinder in person throughout my stay at the hotel. She's the embodiment of the beautiful service I received at hotel@hatfield. My other appreciation was Kabelo, who was in charge of the shuttle service. He was very friendly, respectful, and informative. My experience with these two human beings would bring me back to stay at hotel@hatfield again. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. The WiFi was super dependable. The photos I saw online didn't lie at all. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!
