The surrounding is beautiful, like a fairy-tale. The breakfast was delicious and rich.

The staff/owner was very nice and accommodating for us, we were running late for our check-in and they kept the restaurant kitchen open especially for us since we had a long (12+ hours) behind us. You have to drive on a non-paved road for about 10 minutes before reaching the location, though the road was good enough for our small car to reach when we visited. The appartements are clean and spacious, a lot of nature around the area for hikes or walks with the dog.

Amazing place, very nice view to mountains. Pretty apartment, clean, well equipped. Owners were really nice, pleasant and obliging. Our children were delighted about horses and cats. Summer vacations here must be just as amazing as winter vacations.

We really enjoy our stay in F.L. The Hosts are very friendly and helpful and they do speak English. The apartment is not so big and furnitures are not so modern but it is really warm and silent so that you can rest. If needed you can also order fresh bread which can be delivered each morning by the Owners :) The wellness part with sauna is brand new one, fully equiped, where you can relax. The house is situated few minutes from Filzmoos - with good ski facilities for the families needs. Overall we racomend F.L. as a good place to stay with family.

On a quiet location but close to ski area. Clean and specious. Friendly people. Comfortable bed. Amassing farm.

Our stay was excellent! The appartment was clean and well equipped including the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom and gave a warm feeling of home. The owners were super nice and helpful for every need (for example they offered to help with the laundry, provided bread every morning and groceries when shops were closed). The place itself is heaven for kids with the pool, the playground and the farm animals walking around. The location is great for visiting the Salzburgland area.

In an absolutely amazing location but is a little difficult to drive up to in the snow! The owners kindly offered a lift if you weren't comfortable in the snow, to and from the property. Owners were very welcoming and friendly, and spoke nearly perfect English, very helpful and accommodating and nice to chat to. The room we had was one of the smaller rooms but we still had an amazing view from our balcony, beds were quite comfortable, and although it wasn't the biggest room, they had a sofabed/futon which would have slept another person if needed, ideal for a kid maybe but just adding to the great value of the room! Not too far from a few slopes, we skied in Obertauern and it was probably a 30 minute drive through beautiful scenery. Even with families with children the property was so quiet. Loved the hotel and if we stay in this area again, would be happy to return!
