For travellers in search of an experience, nothing says authentic country-living like a stay at a private, working farm. Hosts may offer interactive kid-friendly activities or, for couples, a cosy haven in an original/converted farmhouse. Breakfast is often included — you may be collecting the eggs yourself!
Amazing coffee tour and tasting experience. We spent our first day in Costa Rica here and it was a great introduction. They were very accommodating to our early check in. Nice pool area. Delicious breakfast and as a bonus you could wander on the grounds and see where the ingredients came from! Real farm to table!
This place was amazing. The workers were very friendly and attentive, and the resort itself is beautiful. They also do an amazing job with the landscaping, so you feel like you’re in the middle of the jungle. The food was great and we loved the coffee hour and banana bread! We also did the coffee farm tour, which was amazing! The tour guide was so knowledgeable and talked a lot about their sustainable farming practices.
Located as per the name, on an old coffee farm. Location was great and despite seeing the pictures, was still taken aback by the old manor house. Absolutely exquisite property with amp all space and a unique feeling about the place. Highly recommended place to stay. Far away enough from the hustle and close enough to the airport. Extremely clean and hospitable. Thank you.
Excellent location, beautiful views. All the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Excellent food, which was well priced.
We stayed in a suite which was very spacious with its own rustic feel, but in a good way.
Close to the airport and well suited for a short, two or three day stay.
It was a truly magical location! We loved the flower themes of each chalet. Waking up to the smell of fresh strawberries from the hotel farm was an amazing surprise!
The location is like no hotel I've ever been to. So beautiful and intricate art everywhere. The grounds are gorgeous and beautifully maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant on site was delicious, And also able to accommodate my food allergies (gluten and dairy.) Coffee farm is organic and shade grown, I highly recommend taking the coffee tour! Literally everything about Finca Rosa Blanca was amazing! I can't wait to go back in the future.
We chose to stay at this property because of its fantastic history and its proximity to the airport but far enough away from it to feel like a world away. As an added bonus its on a coffee farm!
