We got married at hobbiton and this space was utterly perfect: right down the street, great open space and lots of mirrors, and a great space to have friends and family go in and out of all day for the event. Welcomed by the owner (who lives on the property) Nicely furnished with a rural Hamptons feel, comfortable Queen bed, couple of little velvet chairs and tiny dining table. We loved the outside deck area and the thoughtful touches of homemade chocolate brownies, biscuits and continental breakfast supplies.

Beds were extremely comfortable and whole place very clean and well decorated. Loved sitting outside on the deck watching the sunrise as well as the sunsets. We loved our evening visits by the farm dog who came to say hello and enjoy her pats! Definitely coming back to stay when in this part of NZ again.

Beds were exceptionally comfortable, rooms spacious, house gloriously rustic and great facilities. Nothing was too much bother and we were made to feel like part of the family!
