This accommodation was clearly the best we have had. The hosts are extremely nice and helpful. The room and bathroom are gorgeous and the breakfast was probably the biggest surprise. We were really just expecting some toast and would have been fine with that. However, the host prepared a real feast for us for breakfast and I have to say I couldn't have had a better breakfast.

Situated just 20 minutes' drive from central Dunedin city, Hunters Moon offers stunning views over the Taieri plain. Very warm welcome and friendly. Hotel was good support to give information for our trip. Big clean room , comfortable and good view to see natural surrounding. Enjoy to feeding alpacas and sheep.

Lois greeted us making sure everything was in order for a very comfortable and relaxed stay. The cottage was a dream. Well equipped and unique which added to its charm. You will want for nothing. Being able to pat the horses was an extra bonus that we did not expect. Location was perfect for us, just out of town but still close to everything. You cannot top the country side experience and hospitality. We feel very lucky to have found this gem.
