Often smaller operations are alot more styled, homely, clean and maintained than large hotel chains. The location was a little more out of the way than I was used to but still not far from where I needed to be and the farm location was quaint and quiet.

Very tidy, great location and the bowl of fresh fruit on the way in was a fantastic gesture. Having met up with the Labradoodle and their owner (one of the hosts) after dinner out we were even happier with our choice.

Everything is perfect about this place. The road from Auckland to the property was a bit rocky but totally worth the trouble. It is such a quiet relaxing hideaway and this is what I have always envisioned of NZ. Aaron and Danielle are wonderful hosts and make you feel welcomed and at ease the whole time. The dinner prepared by Chef Dom is also superb. Have to come back again for a longer stay!

Fue todo increíble, entras en un paraje totalmente relajante por un camino totalmente desconectado de todo. El alojamiento está totalmente ideado para pasar uno o dos días descansando viendo las alpacas y relajándote. Neil el anfitrión un encanto, me dejó dar de comer a las alpacas y nos enseñó las cabras y fue super simpático.

The Loft at Te Kumi Tirohanga está en Te Kuiti y ofrece jardín y terraza. Beautiful property on a hill, away from traffic. Spacious two-storey apartment with a terrace in a green surrounding. Ground floor with kitchen / living room, first floor with sleeping room (up to 5). Good base to explore the Waitomo Caves etc.
