staff were accommodating. We arrived early after riding our bikes in the pouring rain and were able to check in early. the room was warm comfy and clean. breakfast the next morning was excellent, one of the best of our Austria bike trip.

The bed was very comfy and the staff were friendly :) The area of Mittendorf and nearby Traunkirchen is absolutely serene and peaceful. There is a private swimming area for guests of the two sister hotels which is just lovely. There's a paddleboat at the dock which is great for families.
