We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Super clean, quiet and comfortable with amazing view from the balcony of our room. The host truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She surprised us with delicious homemade goodies, and brought out various outdoor and indoor games, ensuring our kids had a fantastic time throughout our stay. Perfect base for Seven Rila lakes hike. We can't wait to visit again in the future!

The spa is clean, outdoor pools amazing, loved the salt sauna. The restaurant was great too, food was delicious and very reasonably priced! The staff both in the hotel and the restaurant were very professional and kind. Would defo return. Also they catered for gluten free people upon request which pleasantly surprised me!
