The hotel was great and the staff was amazing. The owner speaks English and is able to help coordinate great tours in the surrounding areas. I was very thankful for the staff's help in coordinating a boat tour of the Mirante Canyons/Lake Furnas and the 4x4 wheeling and visiting all the cascade falls. Definitely stay here if you can.
