Very nice and hospitable couple. Very helpful. I had to go to hospital because of my injury, the owner took me to hospital in his car, waited for me there for 2 hours and then drove back to Pousada. Central location. Good food

Where to begin..... This pousada was THE BEST pousada we have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect from the beautiful grounds to the sparkling clean room with comfortable bed and amazing owners. Honestly we felt we should have paid twice to three times as much for our stay in relation to what we got. When we arrived Delba and Alba were both there to receive us and show us around. Delba offered to help with ordering food if we needed it. We ate outside on the lovely grounds. Delba made sure we had everything we needed. We were traveling with our dog who was also treated with respect and kindness. We slept very well in a very comfortable room and had breakfast in the morning which was TOP. Michelin 5 star I told them, with beautiful details like flowers on the table and fresh herbs on the eggs. The porch area where they serve is beautiful with lots of plants and birds and personal details. Alba and her husband showed us around their grounds including introducing us to plants and trees we had never seen before. It was an honor and a pleasure to stay at this pousada! This pousada is fairly new and I anticipate it will not be easy to get a room once word is out.
