The location and nature/wildlife . Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Owners/staff were friendly, generous and helpful. My partner's grandmother sadly passed away. They allowed us to change our dates, this was so kind, I can't thank them enough for this. The chalets were beautiful - with jacuzzi bath and balcony overlooking the rainforest.
