Arnold’s is a great place to stay in San Ignacio! The location is very walkable to all the good spots in town (we even walked to Cahal Pech), our room was very comfortable with an outdoor patio, and Ani and Seleni were so delightful, helpful, and fun to chat with. You can even grab coffee, fruit, and toast there in the morning. We definitely recommend this guesthouse!

Adorable treehouse room to ourselves. Kitchen area had enough to do what we needed and the resting area with the hammocks was amazing. The staff was also super nice and offered a way better price to visit Xunantunich than any other agency.

I loved the nice, quiet and clean room. It was very comfortable and quite well equipped. The bed sheets were very clean and the bed was comfortable. Outside the room was a terrace balcony, so I could have a last cold drink in the evening breeze before I went to bed.

The market is right next to Mana Kai where you can grab some fresh fruit and veg, yummy cheap food and souvenirs. The owners dad, Fransisco, was super friendly and was always up for a chat. The facilities are new and spotless. Distance to the city centre is pretty close and there’s a bus stop just outside the hostel so easy to get there and to catch the bus elsewhere.
