This was honestly a hidden gem! It was absolutely spotless, extremely comfortable, and had everything you need. The host also provides a fridge in the room which was super handy. Not only that, it was only a short walk from places like the Bear Pit, Old Town, multiple viewpoints, and the river, or a short bus/tram journey to the main train station. I absolutely loved every minute of my stay here, and the host was absolutely lovely- even when I managed to have issues with the door at gone 10pm, she was nothing but helpful and kind! I couldn't recommend staying here more, it truly felt like a home away from home. I can't understand how it isn't fully booked constantly! (My second night, I was the only one there!) If you're looking for a place to stay in Bern, honestly look no further!

Very polite and friendly the reception lady. The place is really nice to stay .. beautiful neighborhood ...the place and room were .clean ..quality of things were excellent as overall. good taste of decoration inside and outside with a touch f old and modern at the same time which makes it beautiful and unique. Excellent coffee machine..thee ..oil for cooking. It sweet smell in the rooms..bathrooms ... The room floor is nice ....the decoration on the ceiling with spot leds. Moving light sensor.. I mean .. it is just great place to stay .. .I really recommend it and good price

The room was small but very comfortable. Everything looked brand new and with practical functionality. I would repeat it.

Friendly staff, quite good parking around (ask stuff to run the ticket through scanner, you will pay only 24 CHF instead of 30). Everything is in a walking distance, rooms are small, but hey good.

The location is near the train and the buss station. There is a market place near the station.

The hotel manager put much effort into making the hotel comfortable and functional. It may not be 1st class luxury but the thought and workmanship is definitely a +100%.
